Most of
our roof replacements are completed in
one day, our roofing crews begin early
in the morning and usually work until
the job is completed. We collect and
clean up the job site the same day we
install your roof.
We can
install 20, 25, 30, or 40 year warranty
shingles, you can select the shingles
from GAF, Atlas Roofing, Tamko roofing
products, Owens Corning shingles,
CertainTeed roofing products, and ELK
Products, we have a large variety of
colors fro you to select, we will bring
color samples for our first meeting.
Our
roofing replacement prices are amongst
the lowest you will find in the Atlanta
Metro Area, we will provide our estimate
in writing and we will stand by our
commitment, no price changes or
additional costs will be added to our
estimate unless prior written agreement.
Our Estimates usually include the
following items: Roof materials, roof
labor, felt paper, boots replacement if
needed, chimney repairs if needed, roof
decking repairs if needed, gutter
replacement if requested, fascia
repairs, soffit repairs, drip edge
installation, Labor Warranty, and
Manufactures warranty. In some instances
roof decking repairs may not be added to
the estimate because we are unable to
see what's underneath the shingles, in
that case, we have to determine any
additional costs once we remove the
existing shingles.
When we
replace roofs in Atlanta, Sandy Springs
or any other Atlanta metro area, our
clients also request us to replace the
existing gutters, our company is setup
to provide you that services as well, we
install 6" seem less gutters and
downspouts, the service is usually
completed the following day. Our gutter
price is $4.75 per linear feet and
$8.75 per linear feet with gutter guard,
you can shop around and will not be able
to beat our price.
