Glenridge Hammond
Neighborhood Association
The Glenridge Forest - Hammond Hills Neighborhood
Association recently abbreviated their name to simply "Glenridge
Hammond Neighborhood Association". The neighborhood is
located immediately north of I-285, with boundaries that
include Johnson Ferry Road on the north, Boylston Road on
the west, and Glenridge Drive to the east. Notably, Hammond
Drive bisects the neighborhood. The majority of the 500
homes in Glenridge Hammond were built between 1957 and 1965
and are predominately brick ranch style homes. The
neighborhood association is supported through volunteer
annual membership dues, donations and the active involvement
of spirited volunteers. Residents enjoy and appreciate the
quaint charm and beauty of the neighborhood as well its
proximity to the heart of the Sandy Springs "town center".
Activities include neighborhood clean-up-fix-up weekends as
well as other fundraising projects such as car washes, plant
sales, pine straw sales, a tour of homes, etc.
